These terms apply to your use of shama-tech.com (the “website”), operated by ShamaTech (“we”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The website provides general information about ShamaTech and the software engineering services we offer. Its content is not professional advice for any specific project and is not an offer.

The solution examples on the website are illustrative architectures, not records of past projects. The client case study is anonymized and describes the project in general terms.

ShamaTech designs and builds custom software: AI systems, complex business and industrial software, web applications and mobile applications. The descriptions on the website are general. The scope, schedule, price and other terms of any work are agreed only in a separate written agreement.

Sending an inquiry through the contact form or by email does not create a contract or a client relationship, and does not oblige either party to provide or buy services. Any proposal or estimate we send is non-binding unless it is accepted in a signed written agreement.

Please do not send confidential information before we have agreed in writing on how it will be handled.

Software development, consulting and any other services are governed by a separate written agreement between ShamaTech and the client. If such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

The content of the website, including its text, design, illustrations, diagrams, logo and code, belongs to ShamaTech or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the website, link to its pages and quote short passages with attribution to ShamaTech. Any other copying, republication, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

The ShamaTech name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests a connection with us or our endorsement without our written permission.

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server or its data.
• Disrupt or overload the website, or interfere with its security features.
• Send spam, automated or misleading submissions through the contact form, or impersonate another person.
• Introduce malicious code, or collect content in a way that places an unreasonable load on the website.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

We may limit or block access that breaches these terms. In addition, to prevent abuse, the contact form automatically limits how many times it can be sent from the same IP address.

The website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply. Outside services that the website relies on, such as the font service, are described in our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, up to date and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Its general information should not be relied on as a substitute for advice on your specific needs.
